Refund and Returns Policy

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

– The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

– The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

– Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

– Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

– Items Purchased during sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

– Accessories, Bags, Pouches, Customised and Lifestyle Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Return Policy :

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Write to us on {give a link to the Returns and Complaints that we have made on our Contact Us Page} mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  

  2. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

  3. Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment through this link: {give a link to the Returns and Complaints that we have made on our Contact Us Page}. If you receive any defective product, write to us on {give a link to the Returns and Complaints that we have made on our Contact Us Page} with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product.

  4. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

  5. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

  6. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

  7. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.

  8. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

  9. Credit note cannot exchange it for cash later. It can only be used to buy products from our website later.

  10. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be refunded to you as a credit note for reverse shipping charges.

  11. For COD orders, the refund link will be sent to registered email and contact number. In case of non-redemption of the link, you can contact our customer service within 3 months for a new link. 

  12. If you first opted for an exchange and then want to return the exchanged product for a refund, the shipping charges will have to be borne by you.

Exchange Policy: 

  1. Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. 

  2. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up.

  3. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –

  • Name used while placing the order

  1. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.

  2. No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment. Incase of exceptional cases please write to us at {give a link to the Returns and Complaints that we have made on our Contact Us Page}

  3. You would be notified by us, once we receive your shipment.

  4. Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product. A maximum of 100 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.

  5. Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it.

  6. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.

  7. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and for the balance we would give you a credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.

  8. Credit note cannot be exchanged for cash later. It can only be used for a purchase from our website. 

  9. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

  10. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges, which would cost you 300 INR. 


International Orders:

 

  1. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.

  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount

  3. If incase you want to return the products, the shipping, customs or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us

  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at {give a link to the Returns and Complaints that we have made on our Contact Us Page} with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product

  6. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
